Here for the long term
Fenchurch One is a product line of a company that has traded continuously since 2017. It exists because small firms kept asking for it, and it is run to the same standard as everything else the group builds.
About us
Fenchurch One is made by RegTechPRO Limited — a UK company that has worked in regulatory compliance since 2017.
The short version
Fenchurch One is the compliance platform for small FCA-regulated firms — the ones with no compliance officer, or one wearing three other hats. It is built by the team behind RegTechPRO, a compliance platform used by much larger regulated firms.
Same engineering. Same discipline. Sized and priced for a firm of your shape.
The story
Nothing here was invented last year. The same company has been doing this work, in one form or another, for nearly a decade.
2017 — the consultancy
RegTechPRO Limited was incorporated in 2017 and began life as a compliance consultancy, trading as Fenchurch Compliance Consultancy — practitioners working inside FCA-regulated firms, running the monitoring, the registers and the returns by hand. The company was founded by a practitioner with 28 years in regulatory compliance, who has delivered more than twenty regtech platforms for some of the UK's most recognisable financial-services brands. We won't name them; confidentiality doesn't expire when an engagement ends.
The platform
The systems built to run that consultancy work grew into the RegTechPRO platform — used today by larger regulated firms to manage monitoring, registers, SM&CR records and reporting. It was built to be used by the people who built it, which is a different kind of software.
Now — Fenchurch One
Fenchurch One brings that engineering to small firms at small-firm prices. It isn't a cut-down demo of something bigger, and it isn't a first attempt at compliance software. It's the distilled version of what we already run for larger firms — one continuous company throughout, same registration, same people.

If you're choosing software your firm's compliance record will live in, who built it matters. Here is what sitting inside an established group buys you.
Fenchurch One is a product line of a company that has traded continuously since 2017. It exists because small firms kept asking for it, and it is run to the same standard as everything else the group builds.
The platform's engineering and security model are the same ones that serve much larger regulated firms. A small-firm price does not mean small-firm infrastructure — your records sit on the same foundations theirs do.
The policy and monitoring templates on Growth and Pro come from the same library we maintain for larger firms — drafted and kept current by practitioners, not generated to pad a feature list.
How we run your data
Your compliance record is evidence. We treat it that way — held in one place, isolated to your firm, and never used for anything except running your account.
